Hands-On Recruitment is the CMC division for hotels, restaurants and resorts. We place chefs, kitchen brigades and front of house teams across Cyprus, Greece and the wider Mediterranean, for full seasons and for permanent posts.
H.O.R. runs on the same method as the rest of CMC. One consultant owns the brief from the first call to the first week on the job, and you hear from that same person throughout.

We have worked the shifts
Our consultants came out of kitchens and hotel floors. They know what a chef de partie actually does on a full Saturday service, so the brief does not get lost in translation.
