When you submit a contact form, apply for a role, or send us your CV, we collect the contact details and document content you give us. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

We process the data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in matching candidates with roles, answering your enquiry and keeping our recruitment records straight.

Candidate data is held for the length of an active search plus a reasonable period afterwards, two years by default, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Under Maltese and EU data protection law you can ask to see, correct, transfer or delete your personal data at any time. Ask and we will act on it.
